Terms of use.
Who runs debyko.com, what the service is and is not, and on what terms its data and its subscriptions are provided. This page changes only by a dated entry in the list at the end.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
01The operator #
debyko.com is operated by MB „Blynai“, a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 308115000, registered office Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: [email protected]. Company details are also published at blynai.eu.
DEBYKO is developed by Denisas Bykovas and operated by MB „Blynai“ under licence. Where these terms say “we”, they mean MB „Blynai“.
02What the service is #
DEBYKO collects market data from the public interfaces of crypto trading venues and shows it with its source, receive time, age and gaps kept visible. It is offered as:
- Studio — a web interface: live comparison of venues, history and point-in-time replay of what each venue showed.
- API — the same data for your code, under the same key.
- Agent — conditions you write in DQL, evaluated on your schedule; when one becomes true, Agent notifies you by Telegram or webhook with the values it fired on. Agent sends notifications, never instructions.
- Runner — software you run on your own infrastructure. It receives a webhook from Agent or Studio and places orders on an exchange with your own API keys. We publish it; we do not run it and never receive your keys.
- Arena — a public board of agents, built from execution reports that Runners send back. Every figure on it says whether it is self-reported or verified.
Which of these is available, in preview or planned is stated in the pricing section of the home page. Nothing on this site is available beyond what is stated there.
03What the service is not #
MB „Blynai“ is not a financial institution, an investment manager, a broker or a provider of financial or crypto-asset services. We give no investment advice, do not accept, hold or transmit third parties’ money or crypto-assets, do not operate third parties’ exchange accounts and do not receive, execute or route orders.
Orders placed through Runner are placed by your own software, with your own keys, on your own infrastructure, on your own decision. A notification from Agent, a row on Arena or a figure in Studio is a statement about data we observed; it is not an offer, a forecast, a recommendation or individual advice. Any decision taken on the basis of the data is yours.
04Data, as observed #
Data is provided as it was observed, as is and without warranties — in particular without a warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. What is collected, on which venue and since when, and the periods in which nothing was observed, are stated on Coverage; gaps are shown as gaps, never filled.
A venue’s own timestamp is printed as the venue sent it. The time the value was received and its age are shown beside it; the rules for every figure are on Methodology. Venues can change, delay or withdraw what they publish at any time.
05Accounts and keys #
An account is opened with an email address; we send a sign-in link to it and store no password. Each account holds one or more API keys. A key is personal to the account: it may be used by the account holder and their own software, and may not be shared, resold or embedded in a product that serves third parties. The full key is shown once; we store only a hash and a prefix.
You are responsible for what is done with your key. If it is exposed, revoke it from your account and a new one is issued. We may revoke a key that is used against these terms, after notice where that is practical.
06Plans, trials and payment #
Plans, their contents and prices are those published in the pricing section of the home page on the day you subscribe. The Free plan needs no card and has no time limit.
Paid plans are sold monthly. A paid plan starts with a seven-day trial: a card is taken at the start and nothing is charged before day eight. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. From day eight the plan renews every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid month and no further charge is made.
Purchases are made through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. MB „Blynai“ operates the service and holds the Paddle account; Paddle sells the subscription to you and is the seller on your receipt. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, charges your card, applies and remits VAT and other taxes, and issues invoices. Paddle’s terms apply to the payment itself. We do not see your card details.
We may change prices or plan contents. A change that affects a running subscription takes effect at the first renewal at least thirty days after we have emailed you about it; you can cancel before then. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
07Acceptable use #
Use the service within the limits of your plan. Do not work around rate or quota limits, scrape the interface to obtain data the API does not give you, or run software that degrades the service for others. Data may be used in your own analysis, products and trading; raw data may not be redistributed as a data product without a written agreement.
08Availability and changes #
We run the service with care and publish its state on Status, per venue and per collector. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and no plan on this page carries a service-level agreement. Interfaces, fields and limits can change; changes to the API are versioned and announced in its documentation.
09Liability #
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for loss of profit, trading losses, loss of data or indirect loss arising from the service or from reliance on its data; our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights a consumer has under the law of their country of residence.
10Termination #
You can close your account at any time from it; a running paid month is not refunded except as the refund policy says. We can close an account that is used against these terms or that has been inactive for two years on the Free plan, after notice to its email address. On closure, keys stop working and the account’s data is deleted within thirty days, except records the law requires us to keep.
11Governing law and disputes #
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled by the courts of Lithuania, unless you are a consumer and the law gives you a different forum. A consumer resident in Lithuania can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba).
