DEBYKO is a market-data platform for crypto derivatives. It is designed, built and run by Denisas Bykovas, and operated under licence by MB „Blynai“ — a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in Vilnius, Lithuania, inside the European Union.
There is no team page, because there is no team behind it. Every collector, every stored row, every endpoint, every screen and every sentence on this site has one author. The rules on the methodology page are his rules, and the name on the product is his: DEnisas BYKOvas.

He built the systems Lithuania files its taxes and moves its money through. Then he built this one.
Twenty-five years on .NET and systems architecture. Lead architect of EDS4, the national tax declaration platform of the State Tax Inspectorate. Architect and integration lead of CENTROlink, the Bank of Lithuania's gateway to the European payment rails. Architect of a shop-floor execution system for a blinds factory, and of unmanned drinking-water stations across Vilnius.
The work he takes is the work nobody else wants to own: legacy stitched to regulation stitched to a release calendar that cannot slip — systems that make the morning news if they stop. DEBYKO is what the same discipline looks like when it is pointed at crypto market data.

Every rule DEBYKO follows was learned on a system that was not allowed to fail.
A national tax platform and a central bank gateway do not get to guess, round, or fill a hole with a plausible number. Neither does this one.

No part of DEBYKO is bought in, white-labelled or handed to an agency. When a figure is wrong, there is exactly one person to ask — and he wrote the code that stored it.

Twenty-five years, three eras.
- 2016 – nowLead architect, national and enterprise infrastructure. Direct contracts with the public sector and regulated enterprises: EDS4, CENTROlink, LKvitai.MES, unmanned utility stations.
- 2014 – 2017Team lead, engineering manager at Flinke Folk AS. Built the Vilnius engineering team from 0 to 12; logistics and HR platforms for oil and gas clients.
- 2004 – 2014Full-stack and enterprise developer at BDO, Lauresta and Galeo / Luktarna. A homegrown ERP of 70+ services; distributed inventory and payments for 400+ fuel stations.
