Refunds.
What is refunded, what is not, and how to ask. This page changes only by a dated entry in the list at the end.
Questions: [email protected].
01Trials #
A paid plan starts with a seven-day trial. A card is taken at the start and nothing is charged before day eight. Cancel before day eight and nothing is charged at all — there is nothing to refund.
02The first payment #
If the first charge of a subscription does not suit you, ask within fourteen days of it and it is refunded in full, without questions. This is at least what consumer law in the EU gives you and applies whether or not you used the service in those fourteen days.
03Renewals #
Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active to the end of the paid month and is not charged again. If a renewal went through because you forgot to cancel, write within seven days of it and we will look at it — we usually refund an unused month once.
04Services #
One-off engagements — Execution Evidence, datasets, connectors, research — are governed by the written scope agreed for each, not by this page.
05How to ask, and how it arrives #
Write to [email protected] from the account’s email address, or reply to the Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the payment method used; they usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
06Exceptions #
No refund is made for a plan terminated for use against the terms, or for charges older than the periods above.
